One guest per student. Guests must be in Grade 11, 12 or under 20 years of age. Guest application form must be signed, link can be found below.
ID for all guests and students must be presented at the door.
Space is limited. Buy your tickets early so you won't be disappointed!!!

Are You Bringing a Guest?
If you are bringing a guest to the prom who is not a d'Youville student, your guest will need to complete the dY Prom Guest Application 2016.Once the guest application form is completed, you will need to bring it with you to purchase a ticket for your guest.
NOTE: Tickets for non-d'Youville guests cannot be purchased until the completed Guest Application form is submitted.
